Turkey's leader in gas spring industry, one of the largest global players in the world and exporting to more than 50 countries, Insu Teknik's top management pointed out that they are very proud to hear that the domestic car production plant will be established in Bursa.
“Turkey's domestic car will be made in Bursa with an investment of 22 billion liras will be very positive returns for Bursa and the industry” indicated Mike Behmoaras and added that they welcomed this development with great joy. Underlining that Bursa is the capital of automotive, Behmoaras said, "There are many plus directions in our province such as the opening of Turkey's first automobile test center, qualified personnel, the necessary infrastructure for automobile production, and the opening of TEKNOSAB. I believe that this initiative will be very successful in Bursa.
Bursa has experience in production
Behmoaras stated that Bursa's geographical location is also suitable for domestic car production having both road and sea transportation and added that Bursa has many years of automotive production experience and continued, "Bursa is adding great power to the Turkish automotive industry. In addition to be the production base of the Turkish automotive industry, city is also in a very good position in exports. Automotive has the largest percentage in Bursa’s export."
A great added value will be provided
Insu Teknik company partner in charge of technical processes Ali Hakan Sualp indicated that Bursa is in leading position in the automotive industry, OEM production facilities are in Bursa and accordingly, the subsidiary industry has developed quickly drew attention.
Sualp indicated that domestic car production will provide a great added value to Bursa automotive industry and he continued "Also directly and indirectly will be of great benefit to employment. New factory will provide thousands of jobs. 300 white-collar qualified personnel, 4 thousand 323 blue-collar personnel will be employed in the domestic car production facility" he said.
We are ready and aspirant for gas spring production of new domestic vehicle
Stating that the production of electric cars will be 175 thousand units per year in 5 models, Sualp said: "As Insu Teknik we are ready to produce gas springs to be used in domestic cars. We are able to provide support for domestic vehicles and are ready for any task to be given to us in this regard. We have an annual production capacity of 6 million units. By increasing the number of shifts, we can increase our capacity to 10 million. We have thousands of different products and they are used in 8000 different models. We are capable of producing gas springs for all vehicles in the world. We are one of the 3 companies in the world that can produce so many varieties at this quality level and in small order quantities."
